Unhappy (Former?) Rider Comment

Weather conditions were horrible and I thought it should have been canceled,
but I guess you don't because you don't want to refund anybodies money. I
think this is poor running of an organization, but I may be the only one who feels
this way. Would I recommend this to fellow riders NO, and I ride about 500 to 1000
miles each year, and I don't think I'll sign up for this again.
